Icing Only

I decided to write a icing cookbook after my grandmother passed away a few years ago. She was an gifted cake decorator and gum paste artist and I wanted to do something as a memoir to her. I am not a professional cake decorator but my mother owns a cake decorating warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada called J.
