Tips on Russian Tips

This picture shows three different pressures for using the Russian tips. The cupcake in the background shows a small amount of pressure and icing and the picture on the front right shows a large amount of pressure and icing. The second picture I think shows off the tip better and looks more like a chrysanthemum. Small amounts of icing do not do justice to the design of the tips. The trick however is finding an icing that works. Too soft and it it will all melt together and too stiff will be difficult to squeeze out. Good Luck!
